Programs

Led with care. Governed with rigor.

Our 6-session mentorship arc adapts to where girls are — developmentally, emotionally, and socially — from kindergarten through senior year.

How we govern

Four commitments.

The non-negotiables that shape every board meeting, every policy, and every dollar we steward.

01

Girls First, Always

Every governance decision is filtered through one question: does this protect and serve the girls in our programs?

02

Independence & Oversight

A majority-independent board, annual conflict-of-interest disclosures, and recusal from related-party decisions.

03

Transparency by Default

Bylaws, policies, and annual financial summaries are available to school partners, donors, and the public on request.

04

501(c)(3) Stewardship

We operate within IRS guidance for tax-exempt non-profits and steward every dollar with care.

Board of Directors

The seats around our table.

Our board provides strategic oversight, fiduciary stewardship, and mission accountability. Director names are published in our annual report; role descriptions are listed below.

01

Chair

Provides strategic leadership, sets the agenda, and presides over board meetings.

02

Vice Chair

Supports the Chair, steps in when needed, and leads cross-cutting strategic initiatives.

03

Secretary

Maintains records and meeting minutes; ensures governance and compliance documentation.

04

Treasurer

Oversees financial health, budgeting, audit readiness, and fiduciary responsibility.
